By participating in Pilates classes, workshops, or any services provided by Groove Wellness INC. you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this page carefully as it contains important information regarding your legal rights and obligations.

The website GROOOVE.ca (and any other sites we may have in the future) and the services we offer on it are run by Groove Wellness Inc. and any related companies (referred to as “we”, “us”, “our” “Studio” or “Groove”).

1. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that participation in Pilates classes and related activities involves physical exercise, which may lead to injury. By attending and participating in classes, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities, including, but not limited to, muscle strains, joint injuries, or other conditions. You understand and agree that Groove is not responsible for any injury that may occur during or after participation.

2. Medical Disclaimer

You represent and warrant that you are physically capable of participating in the Pilates classes or programs offered by Groove. You are encouraged to consult with a physician before engaging in any physical activity, particularly if you have any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns. Groove reserves the right to refuse participation to individuals who present medical concerns that may hinder their safety or others’ safety during activities.

3. Release of Liability

By signing this waiver, you agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Studio, its employees, contractors, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action arising from any injury, damage, or loss sustained by you during participation in any of Groove classes, workshops, or services.

4. Behavior and Conduct

You agree to adhere to our code of conduct and respect the rights and well-being of other participants. Groove reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive or unsafe behavior during classes or within the Studio premises.

5. Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment for classes and memberships must be made prior to participation. Refunds and cancellations are subject to the Studio's cancellation policy, which can be found on our website FAQ. Failure to attend scheduled classes may result in the loss of class credits and an additional fee being charged.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and programming offered by the Studio are the intellectual property of Groove Wellness Inc. and are protected by copyright law. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use any Studio content for commercial purposes without explicit consent.

7. Amendments to Terms

The Studio reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants via email or posted on our website.

By signing this waiver after purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the Terms of Service and Liability Waiver.
